Installation Services

The objective of our business is to provide a high quality product and reliable service for our customers. We hope you will enjoy visiting our web site and using our products as much as we enjoyed providing them for you.
 
 
 
 

Current Business and Ordering Policies

We offer same day and next day delivery when available.

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Regular dump load delivery
  • Piggy back delivery to specific areas of the job site
  • Door, window, and millwork hand delivery

Personal service is always available if you would like to visit our establishment and pick up the materials needed for your project.  Our hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.. Closed Saturday & Sunday.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. Returns of Lumber must be in saleable condition.  For example, Supplies must not be damaged by weather, mud, nail holes or other damage.  Materials will be checked as they are returned.  We also offer jobsite pick up for subject to a re-stocking fee.
 
Payment Methods
 
Contractor Accounts  30 day terms cutoff date on the 25th of the month due by the 10th of the following month.
 
Personal Checks, we accept personal checks with proper identification, driver licence number and home phone numbers required on all checks.
 
Credit Cards:  We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
