Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy
with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
Returns of Lumber must be in saleable condition. For example, Supplies must not be damaged by weather, mud, nail
holes or other damage. Materials will be checked as they are returned. We also offer jobsite pick up for subject
to a re-stocking fee.
Payment Methods
Contractor Accounts 30 day terms cutoff date on the 25th of the month due by the 10th of the following
month.
Personal Checks, we accept personal checks with proper identification, driver licence number and home
phone numbers required on all checks.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
